We keep the experience premium and organized: selected categories & brands, excellent condition, and full handling from your doorstep.
1) Quick Review
You share the category/brands and a few details so we can confirm it fits our Preloved selection.
2) We Handle Everything
Inspection + fair pricing + pickup to our warehouse, then cleaning and listing (and outlet handling if needed).
3) You Get Paid
70% of the sales value will be transferred to your preferred method of payment.
Service package (fixed handling fee)
To cover the end-to-end handling and keep the process smooth, we work with a fixed handling fee of EGP 500 paid upfront.
This includes inspection, pricing, pickup, cleaning, listing, and outlet handling if needed.

Simple Terms (clear & fair)
- Consignment period: items are listed for up to 30 days from the date we receive them.
- Handling fee: a fixed EGP 500 fee applies and is paid upfront (inspection, pricing, pickup, cleaning, listing, and outlet handling if needed).
- If an item doesn’t sell within 30 days: you may request it back, or renew the listing with a new handling fee.
- If you request return before the end of 30 days: the handling fee remains applicable (as the service has already started).
- After you collect returned items: TBG Preloved is no longer responsible for them.
- Payout when sold: 70% of the sales value will be transferred to your preferred method of payment.
- Quality & acceptance: we accept selected brands and categories only, and items must be in excellent condition to protect community trust.
