Once we receive your returned item from the courier:

  • After the return is processed, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note:

  • Upon processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected used payment method in purchase.
  • However, refund doesn’t occur unless these items were originally purchased from The Baby Garage, and that’s beside meeting our return policies mentioned above.
  • Also, you should note that any item you ship to The Baby Garage can’t be returned back to you.

Your best shopping experience with us is a priority. We strive to ensure the quality and safety of all our products, and to guarantee ultimate customer protection, we offer our 14-day return policy from the time of delivery.

For The Baby Garage, supporting parents is our main goal. That’s why we provide the buy-back service so parents can sell some of their used products that they don’t need anymore, as long as they are in good condition.

The buy-back service is available if the purchase is made within 6 months. Preloved items should fall into this category only:

Our product guarantee is primarily tied to our 14-day return policy. If you encounter any issues with your product within this 14-day period, check the product guarantee enclosed in the product pack kit from the product brand, and always refer to the policies of the original seller.

    • Building name/no., floor, apartment, or villa no.
    • City: Select your city from the pre-defined list.
    • Area: Select your area from the pre-defined list.
    • Nearest Landmark: Specify a well-known place near your address, such as a mall, hotel, or gas station, to assist in locating your address.

Just a little note: Please avoid entering shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. You can select the Address Type option and choose either Home or Office. These address types help us plan your delivery. But remember, shipments can sometimes arrive earlier or later than planned.
