Delivery Fees

The delivery fees are calculated based on the area. All you have to do is to add your address to the personal information, and our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees for you. Shipping fees differ depending on the product’s dimensions and weight. 

If you order from different sellers, you will likely receive several shipments. However, you pay for the shipment only once.

Undeliverable Shipments

If the courier returns an undeliverable shipment, we can’t re-ship this order again. In case you want the order, you should place a new order through our website.

There are several cases of undeliverable shipments:

  • Incorrect address: The courier will return the order in case of an incorrect or outdated address. Make sure that you enter the correct address when placing your order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier fails to reach you several times during the delivery attempt, the order will be returned to us.
  • Refused by Recipient: If the order is rejected at the right address, the shipment will be returned to us.
  • Damaged during Shipping: If anything happens to the order during shipping (damaged order, unreadable address label, etc.), the courier will return it back to us without attempting delivery.

Ensuring Smooth Delivery: Address Input Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask you to provide accurate billing and shipping addresses. Here are a few tips to help you out:

  • Your billing address should match the address on your credit card or bank statement. Please verify this information for accuracy.
  • Fill in the appropriate fields with the correct information, including:
    • Country: Ensure that Egypt is selected
    • Full Name
    • Mobile Number: Provide a valid mobile number without any prefixes (+20), spaces, or dashes. This number will be used for delivery scheduling.
    • Street Name: Enter the complete street address.
    • Building name/no., floor, apartment, or villa no.
    • City: Select your city from the pre-defined list.
    • Area: Select your area from the pre-defined list.
    • Nearest Landmark: Specify a well-known place near your address, such as a mall, hotel, or gas station, to assist in locating your address.

Please avoid entering shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. You can select the Address Type option and choose either Home or Office. Shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, but sometimes shipments can arrive earlier or later than planned.
